How to use:
Use 1 applicator every three days. Discontinue use during menstruation.

Remove the sterile cap. Lie on your back and gently insert the applicator into the vagina by slowly pushing the plunger. Push the plunger all the way to the end, then discard the applicator.
Remain lying down for a few minutes to allow full absorption. For best results, use consistently over time to support feminine comfort and wellness.
